Back to Project ProfilesORC Ontario Collaboration Centre

Location: 250 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON
Attention to detail was crucial to the success of this project. BDA completed a high-end build-out of the top floor of the middle tower of the Eaton Centre to create administrative and meeting/conference space for the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Employment.

The new space provides a venue for important conferences and meetings to encourage investment in Ontario. All work was completed on a construction management basis under tight timelines. Upon completion, the project received Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
