Back to Project ProfilesYork University West Office BuildingLocation: 4700 Keele Street, Toronto, ON
A single-storey former warehouse building on York University’s campus was converted into the university’s centre for Alumnae Affairs and Fundraising. This project required complete interior demolition and rebuilding. The new facility consists of offices, meeting rooms and reception areas, and has a very high quality of finishing. Work also involved modifications to the exterior envelope for new windows, new HVAC and extensive mould remediation. BDA continues to work with York University on an ongoing basis.
