Greenwin Lobby Renovations

Comprehensive demolition and reconstruction of the lobby space at 365 Bloor Street East, in recognition of the rebranding to accommodate Post Media as the new anchor tenant. Work included upgrades to the mechanical systems, structural repairs, lighting, replacement of all interior finishes, exterior recladding of the column portal, stainless steel handrails, and restoration of the granite building façade. The construction was provided in several phases while the building, located on a busy thoroughfare, remained fully operational to the public. Extensive hoarding and overhead protection was required to perform this work.
